Better Google reviews, improved support for multiple locations, and the foundation for new insights into your jewelry store’s growth.
For most jewelry stores, Google is one of the first places a new customer will find you. Whether they’re looking for an engagement ring, checking your hours, or deciding which local jeweler to trust, your Google Business Profile plays a big role in getting them through the door.
We’ve just released a new Google Business Profile integration in SiteManager, making it easier to bring your Google reviews onto your website and opening the door to some exciting new tools for your business.
Unlike our previous Google Reviews feature, which retrieved a small selection of public reviews, this integration connects directly to your own Google Business Profile. That means better access to your store’s reviews and locations today, with valuable new performance insights on the way.
Make the Most of Your Reputation
Your customers have great things to say about you, and we want to make sure people visiting your website can see that.
Our previous Google Reviews integration was limited to just a handful of reviews. With this update, we can now pull in up to 50 recent reviews per location, along with your actual Google rating and total review count.
For jewelers with multiple locations, we’ve also made it possible to connect each showroom to its own Google listing. This means each location’s reviews and ratings are now associated with the correct store, giving you a more accurate picture of your reputation across locations.
We’ve also made it easier for customers to leave a Google review after sharing feedback on your website, helping you continue building the reputation you’ve worked so hard to earn.
A Bigger Picture of How Customers Find You
The part we’re especially excited about is what this connection makes possible down the road.
We’re working on something called the Growth Intelligence Hub, which will bring more of your business’s performance data together in SiteManager.
Think about how often a customer might find your store on Google, look through your website, and then stop by the showroom a few days later. Right now, it’s difficult to get a clear picture of that journey.
With our new Google Business Profile connection, we’re laying the groundwork to show you things like how often people discover your store on Google Search and Maps, how many request directions, and how many click to call or visit your website.
But that’s only part of the picture.
We’re working toward bringing together information from Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and your Punchmark website to help you understand not just how people are finding your business, but what they’re interested in once they do.
Over time, we want to connect more of that activity with your products, customer inquiries, and sales. Imagine being able to see which products are getting the most attention, what searches are bringing people to your store, and how that interest compares with what’s actually selling. Having that information in one place can help you make better decisions about where to focus your time and marketing efforts.
We’re also exploring ways to manage more of your Google presence directly through SiteManager, including responding to reviews and keeping business information up to date.
Get Connected
You can connect your Google Business Profile today by heading to Settings → Integrations in SiteManager. Just sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing and follow the steps to connect your store locations.
You’ll get a better way to showcase your Google reviews right away, while putting the connection in place for the new tools and insights we’re working on.
As we continue building out the Growth Intelligence Hub, we want SiteManager to help you do more than manage your website. We want it to help you understand what’s working for your business, where your customers are coming from, and where you have opportunities to grow.
Connecting your Google Business Profile is one of the first steps toward making that possible.
