HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN?

Once the CSA is completed, we can usually turn around an initial design in 1-2 weeks. The total time for design is roughly 2-3 weeks, but can take longer depending on how quickly you can respond to our team. The total estimated time of completion of your website will vary, but in general, we typically aim for 60-90 days.


WHERE WILL MY WEBSITE BE HOSTED?

Your website will be hosted on Punchmark's servers in order for you to connect to our SiteManager content management system, and to give you access to our library of vendor-supplied marketing and product information.


DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Punchmark's standard payment plan requires a 50% deposit at signing, with the remaining balance due in 30 or 60 days, depending on your website package. We also offer financing on the initial website costs with 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans available. Your store must be in good standing with JBT to qualify for financing.


HOW DO I INTEGRATE MY WEBSITE WITH THE EDGE?

First, the Edge support team will upgrade your software so that your store's computers can communicate with your website. Once this process is complete, we will make your first upload manually to ensure that your categories and products are set up correctly. At that point, we help you consolidate your Edge categories into your web-friendly categories on your website, and configure your vendors so customers can shop by brand. From that point forward, you can use the Edge as you do normally, and the products on your website will update automatically on a daily basis. Learn more


CAN I ACTIVATE E-COMMERCE ON MY WEBSITE?

Any of Punchmark's website packages can have a shopping cart, which allows customers to place orders on your website. In order to accept credit card transactions, you must use one of our trusted e-commerce gateways such as authorize.net, PayPal, or Braintree, which will deposit funds directly into your bank account.


CAN PUNCHMARK TAKE OVER MY CURRENT WEBSITE?

As a design firm, Punchmark does not host websites that were designed by a third-party company. However, we will be happy to create an upgraded design for you and migrate your content and assets over to your new Punchmark website.


DO YOU CREATE WEBSITES FOR VENDORS?

Yes, Punchmark designs and develops websites for jewelry manufacturers, diamond suppliers, technology companies, and marketing professionals. We also create product feeds, iframes, and other methods of product integration for vendors to integrate product information on websites hosted by Punchmark and other website companies.


HOW DO I SIGN UP?

DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS FROM JEWELRY MANUFACTURERS?

Yes, Punchmark has turn-key product integration with our Premium Vendor program so you can feature products on your website simply by setting your markups, without having to make any changes yourself.


CAN I SWITCH PLANS?

Yes, at any time, you can upgrade or downgrade your Monthly Service Plan based on the services that are activated on your website. Your next invoice will be pro-rated based on the timing of the change to your account.


DOES PUNCHMARK ATTEND JEWELRY TRADE SHOWS?

As an exhibitor member of the Independent Jewelers Organization, Punchmark attends all the IJO Conferences. We also attend the JCK show in Las Vegas, as well as a few other jewelry shows. If you would like to meet with Punchmark at our next upcoming trade show, you can make an appointment here.


DO YOU OFFER EMAIL ACCOUNTS?

Yes. Some accounts are included in your monthly service plan. Each additional email address is just $4 per month through Punchmark. We also recommend using Google Apps for Work for your email.


WHO OWNS MY DOMAIN NAME?

Because you've built equity in your domain name, we make sure that each of our clients owns this intellectual property separately, having full access to their domain registrar. Punchmark will still make most of the DNS changes on behalf of our clients.


WHY DOES PUNCHMARK SPECIALIZE WITHIN THE JEWELRY INDUSTRY?

The owners of Punchmark consist of an Accredited Jewelry Professional with the GIA, having experience escorting retail jewelers to diamond offices in Antwerp, Belgium and to diamond & platinum mines in South Africa. Our officers also have experience working at retail jewelry stores, and have solid relationships with jewelry manufacturers, diamond suppliers, and marketing professionals.
