New Feature: Track Your "Wish Granted" Emails in SiteManager

We’re excited to announce an update that makes it easier than ever to see the impact of your “Wish Granted” emails! Many of you have asked for a way to view which customers are receiving these emails, and now you have a dedicated page in SiteManager that shows exactly that.


A Clearer View of Customer Engagement

Your new Wishlist Discount Emails page in SiteManager displays a complete export of sent notifications. For each email, you’ll be able to see:
  • Customer name and email
  • The item on their wishlist
  • Original price and discounted price
  • The date the item was added to their wishlist

Smarter Email Notifications

We’ve also improved the “Wishlist Notification Sent” emails you receive. These now include a direct button link to your new SiteManager page, making it quick and easy to see the details behind each notification.


Why This Matters

Your “Wish Granted” emails are already one of the best-performing forms of automated outreach on your Punchmark website—driving more traffic and earning higher click-through rates than any other automated notification. With this new reporting page, you now have the insights to capitalize on that momentum even further.

What’s Next
