As Punchmark continues to grow, there are two components of User Experience (UX) that have become very important aspects of our business. First, the experience of our clients' customers through the public side of the e-commerce platform, and second, the experience of our clients as they interact with Punchmark.
Since 2017, Michael has been responsible for creating nearly all the wireframes for Punchmark's website clients before their websites were designed. He had also assembled client-based teams for user-testing new SiteManager features before being deployed to our entire client base, which added an extra layer of quality control to our process.
Since early 2019, Michael has headed up the strategy, planning, and execution behind Punchmark's Livestream Education program, the In The Loupe podcast, and the Punchmark Community on Facebook. Each of these arms of our business exemplifies the educational initiative that Punchmark has put forth to empower our clients to their fullest potential.
More recently, Michael created Punchmark’s UX team, which was assembled to take very specific initiatives toward fine-tuning tools and features, and improving the platform on both the front-end and back-end. Taking the feedback from our client community, Michael and the UX team transformed many of the user-submitted platform suggestions from ideas into reality.
Being with Punchmark for just three years, we have been happy to witness Michael's fast-track into directorship, which is well deserved. We are excited about what the future holds for the entire experience behind our website platform and behind our company itself.
