After signing nearly 500 clients, and growing a Team of 18+ members, It can sometimes be difficult to keep track of everything. It takes a special person to be able to follow up on all ongoing projects and communicate in an efficient and calm manner.
Lorenzo “Renzo” Williams has proven to have these qualities consistently during his 8 month tenure at Punchmark. Starting out as a Customer Success Associate, Renzo went about his business in a professional manner, where he excelled in organization and the ability to follow up on projects whether they were going smoothly or needed some hand holding.
A few months later, seeing the opportunity for growth, Renzo was internally promoted to On-Boarding Specialist, where he handled the Kick Off calls for new clients as well as the passing from Design to Development to Post Launch.
To provide additional latitude, Renzo will now lead the communication and management for new projects as well as client development requests. We feel that having a centralized point of communication for new clients to contact will prevent confusion and frustration around what should be an exciting time.
We have the utmost confidence in Lorenzo as our new Project Manager and can’t wait to watch as he grows and expands the position as he finds new ways to have a positive impact.
