Punchmark Grows Customer Success Team with Addition of Mana Neguse

Punchmark grew the Customer Success Team with the addition of one more. 

Mana originally is from Los Angeles, CA, but was raised and educated in Charlotte. A UNCC 49er, she studied Computer Science with a special concentration in Information Technology. Although her educational background is in technology, she's accrued over seven years of professional experience in customer service management. She enjoys enhancing the experience of her clients and those around her.

Michael Burpoe sat down with Mana to learn more about her.

Michael Burpoe: Hi Mana! Where does this conversation find you?

Mana Neguse: This conversation has found me in a new and great professional environment.  I've genuinely enjoyed the interactions I've shared with my new team.

MB: Nice! Super happy to have you here. What position were you hired for at Punchmark?

MN: I'm a part of the customer success team

MB: That’s great. You’ve been here for about a week, how has your transition been?

MN: It's been a refreshing experience. My new team has done an amazing job welcoming me and making sure that I understand the ins and outs of Punchmark!

MB: I really enjoy the Customer Success team, everybody is so personable. Now you are entering the jewelry industry, do you have any opinions on jewelry or any particular taste for what you like to wear?

MN: My opinion on jewelry is that you can never have too much, the more the better. My personal preference is fashion jewelry. I enjoy layering my bracelets, rings, and necklaces.

MB: I agree, I feel like jewelry can be a great way to express yourself and your own personal style! Outside of work, what sort of interests do you have?

MN: I'm extremely passionate about food, music, and traveling. Traveling has been a little difficult with the current state of the world, but I find it extremely satisfying when I discover new restaurants or shows locally. I love exploring charlotte!

MB: Totally. Do you have a current genre of music you’ve been listening to most recently?

MN: 90's r&b has a strong hold over me.  My music preferences is a collection of different international genres like Reggae, South African house music, UK rap, etc.

MB: That’ll add some much needed new music to the office playlist. Thank you so much for your time, Mana! Happy to have you on board.
