It is such a blessing when an employee develops such a thorough sense of ownership over their domain that it becomes their own. The stress it relieves is palpable and allows leadership members to focus on macro tasks and trust that the micro will be completed perfectly.
Nicole joined Punchmark in June of 2020, as part of our Customer Success team. Her attention to detail, desire to learn and incredible work ethic are the reasons she has succeeded so quickly. Nicole is well liked and looked up to by her peers, and has demonstrated incredible leadership ability. It is those reasons that the decision to promote Nicole to Customer Success Team Lead was an easy one.
Nicole will be responsible for the organization of client tickets/emails/requests. In addition, she will be responsible for delegating client requests to the appropriate team to make sure that requests are handled in a timely manner. Nicole will also be the first resource for her team to go to with questions or concerns.
We are very grateful to Nicole for her hard work and dedication, she has been a wonderful addition to the Punchmark team. We just know that our clients are going to love working with Nicole. We are excited about Nicole’s future here at Punchmark.
