Versatility and Leadership Pave the Way for Nicole Nichols’ Pivot to Full-Time Scrum Master

Punchmark is thrilled to announce the promotion of Nicole Nichols to the position of Scrum Master for our Development Team. Nicole has been a valuable member of our team for the past three years, during which she picked up the part-time role of Scrum Master for the Development Team. Her promotion to full-time Scrum Master is a testament to her hard work and leadership abilities.

Nicole joined our team as a Customer Success member and was quickly promoted to Team Lead, where she proved her capabilities in helping to lead our CS team and providing excellent service to our clients. Her experience in customer service, combined with her strong communication and problem-solving skills, made her an ideal fit for the role. As a Customer Success Team Lead, Nicole gained a deep understanding of our products, our customers’ needs, and the challenges faced by our Development Team.

In her new role as Scrum Master for the Development Team, Nicole will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our products, collaborating with the development team to remove any obstacles in their way, and ensuring that our development process is efficient, effective, and streamlined. She will use her experience in customer service to ensure that the needs of our customers are always front and center, while also ensuring that our development team is empowered to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner.

We are excited to see all that Nicole will achieve in her new role, and we know that she will continue to deliver exceptional results and provide outstanding leadership to our team. Please join us in congratulating Nicole on her well-deserved promotion to Scrum Master for our Development Team!

 

Dedication and Attention to Detail Are Hallmarks for Eryn Vance, New Customer Success Team Lead

We are excited to announce the promotion of Eryn Vance to Customer Success Team Lead. Eryn has been a key member of our team for the past two years, demonstrating her expertise in customer service, SiteManager, and her unwavering support of our customers. She takes on this leadership role in place of Nicole Nichols who is transitioning to the Development Team as full-time Scrum Master.

Eryn joined our team as a Customer Success Representative, where she quickly demonstrated her ability to handle customer issues with ease, listen and interpret direction, and maintain a cordial attitude at all times. Her excellent communication skills, coupled with her deep knowledge of our products, made her a valuable asset to our team.

As our new Customer Success Team Lead, Eryn will be responsible for overseeing our customer success team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
