As some of you know, Livestreams Season 3 is ending, and we are taking a short break from producing more video content (but In The Loupe episodes will still continue every Tuesday). We are planning to return mid-July with Season 4.
We had previously planned to have the final episode of the season be this week, but with some of the team away, we've decided to end the season to give ourselves a little more planning time.
We're increasing the amount of planning because Season 4 is going to be very different than the previous 3, and we are incredibly excited to share it with you! The biggest changes are:
- Livestreams will no longer be live, they will be pre-recorded to be watched on demand.
- We are consolidating our email communication to either monthly or bi-weekly newsletters. These will include a comprehensive list of upcoming events, new educational material, and company updates.
- Videos will be released monthly to Youtube & the Education Library
We made these decisions after listening to feedback from our clients and learning that many of you do not have the time to step away from the shop floor for an hour in the middle of your Wednesday.
Live webinars were very effective during the early part of the pandemic when foot traffic was (very) slow, as well as when we rolled out Version 6 and everything was brand new to everyone. Now that we have a library of 100+ videos, nearly 50 podcast episodes, and a Knowledge Base with >200 articles, our users have a wealth of information at their fingertips. Moving forward, we want to give you the best educational content in terms of quality, clarity, and focus.
We hope you continue to support us as we make these changes, and keep providing excellent feedback so that we can improve!
