She demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and had a great passion for design. Her ability to absorb feedback and incorporate it into her work showcased her commitment to continuous improvement. Her passion for design was not just a job, but a driving force that inspired her to constantly learn and grow. This blend of hard work and genuine enthusiasm made her an invaluable asset to our team and paved the way for her successful transition from intern to junior designer, and now to a full-fledged designer.
