- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): One-time passcodes for secure login to your account
- Platform Alerts: Notifications about important events on your website, such as new orders, expiring payment holds, or system alerts
1. Message Frequency
For 2FA: Message frequency varies and is triggered by login activity.For platform alerts: Message frequency varies depending on the settings you configure in your admin panel.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you messages. You will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.To re-subscribe, update your settings in your Punchmark account.
