This Privacy Policy describes how Punchmark (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information related to your participation in our SMS messaging services, including two-factor authentication (2FA) and platform alerts.

Information We Collect

When you opt-in to receive SMS messages from Punchmark, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages related to your Punchmark account or website activity.

How We Use This Information

We use the collected phone numbers solely to:

• Send one-time passwords (OTP) for secure login to your Punchmark account
• Send SMS alerts regarding your website activity (e.g., new ecommerce orders, payment issues)

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use third-party messaging providers (such as Twilio or AWS) to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide the messaging service.

Opt-Out and Control

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

You may also manage your SMS preferences through your Punchmark account’s admin panel, SiteManager.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your SMS subscription has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
