SiteManager Concierge Terms of Service

The Concierge plan includes any administrative changes to the website involving general website editing using the SiteManager content management system, including various text / image changes to web pages and articles, editing store hours and location information, updating global settings, adding slides from our slideshow libraries, managing current slides, managing collections & brands, adding products from various vendors in Punchmark's Vendor Product Library, updating or editing the product category structure, editing various product information (with the exception of copy writing for descriptions), modifying upcoming events, making changes to the Edge TPW Integration such as the Edge Category Map, Edge Vendor Map, and Edge Integration Settings, managing navigation menu options, creating coupon codes, running the Batch Processor toward multiple products, uploading store photos, creating photo galleries, managing testimonials, creating website forms, administering page redirects, and editing staff biographies. Does not include any of the following services: graphic design, website design, website development, copy writing, search engine optimization, research & development, or photography. Also does not include the management of social media networks, replying to customer messages, or work on any other third party platform, channel or outlet. Unused SiteManager Concierge hours cannot be rolled over from month to month. Bug fixes are not included toward the allotment of Punchmark Concierge hours.
