Punchmark's Support Team Now Includes a New Vendor Liaison

To help facilitate the growth of the Premium Vendor program, Punchmark recently added Jessica Ellis to its customer service team as Vendor Liaison. Coming from an e-commerce position at a major department store, Jessica was responsible for online merchandising and digital content management. She regularly navigated, analyzed, monitored and managed the content for the website, participated in initiating new digital marketing & email campaigns, and conducted competitive analysis for future strategic planning.

This experience has carried over in her ability to communicate with the top jewelry brands in the industry, and organize a broad spectrum of digital assets. Her attention to detail has been essential for analyzing product data from various sources, and managing thousands of product images in many formats. With her help, Punchmark’s Premium Vendor program has really taken off, and she has also been a major asset for assisting with design projects for retailers. Punchmark is very happy with the efforts that she has already contributed to the team, as well as all the exciting things that will arise from Jessica’s continued hard work.
