This brand was created for a luxury mixed-use development located in the outskirts of Charleston, South Carolina. The architectural plans for the community were designed by Urban Architectural Group. This large community is originally proposed to consist of over 400,000 sq. ft. of retail and office spaces, condominiums, and a local banking branch. This neighborhood is strategically planned to standardize high-end amenities, valued at three times less than the living costs of surrounding areas. The brand needed to compete with these other institutions while offering the same comforts. The logo design depicts the characteristics of the low-country with its low marshes and many beaches, illustrated with natural plants and a tan color scheme.
