NetWire offers its clients the option to have a private IP address. This greatly reduces the chances of being blacklisted.

WHAT IS AN IP ADDRESS?
An IP address is a server address on an IP network (Internet Protocol address). Every client, server, and device connected to the internet has an IP address. In this case, we use a mail server, which can distribute private IP addresses.

WHAT IS A PRIVATE IP ADDRESS?
For convenience and cost, email marketing companies will typically share a single IP address for all their users. By offering Private IP addresses, NetWire allows each user to have a clean slate and regarding their own activity of their IP address. This greatly reduces the potential to get blacklisted by a server or ISP (Internet Service Provider, such as AOL, hotmail, etc.)

REPORT SPAM
When you click on that large button inside your email window, it sends a complaint to several servers regarding that IP address. If too many people click "report spam," it could result in getting blacklisted. This is why NetWire has a scrict CAN-SPAM Policy, and prevents spam from being sent from our IP addresses.
